This is what I bring in to the growth of startups and corporates, startups help me challenge my mindset and understanding of the future. Innovation to me is always human-centered, also when talking about technology.

I am a convinced fan of the legal design methodology and of creating legal documents that have an engaging writing experience and powerful visuals. I believe that clear documents and streamlined processes strengthen trust with clients, create greater value for all the participants, and, generally speaking, widespread legal knowledge to a greater audience, thus easing the access to justice.

As General Manager I have built a company in the legal information services that has become the industry leader in its segment for more than twenty years. I managed the pioneer early years, the consolidation through the mature ones, the digital evolution during the 2010s, approaching change with open vision, strategic mindset and consensus-building. Happy to lead a fast company part of two multinational organizations.

I always try to make a positive impact with my activity. I am involved in the development of women presence in the business community and I am a member of Shetech, association that wants to foster women in the STEM domain

I advise to design and implement solutions that unlock value for lawyers, legal departments and legal information

I advise about providing highly effective legal services, sometimes technology powered, always client centered and lawyer boosted.

I help structure the legal activities to be proactive business partners for the clients, both for law firms and in-houses. I focus on developing the skills of the team and on designing effective processes to increase client trust and to deliver greater value. One of the key activities is to create legal documents that are immediately actionable and visually beautiful to enhance comprehension, get faster approvals and reduce litigation while taking care of the clients' relationship and of the relationship with all the stakeholders.

Education is another key point, aimed to complement lawyers' training with new skills like tech adoption, communication, smart working, and leadership in order to build collaborative and motivated teams, leaders in the fast-changing environment.

From my experience with startups and investors, I bring in the expertise of the latest innovation trends, the knowledge about the changes in related industries and the habit to work with new business models.

I am also part of the #makelawbetter.org movement, which aims to ease the access to justice and to help lawyers in finding innovative solutions, especially in consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic.

I help startups to boost their superpowers and corporates to ignite the energy of startups in their organization.

I'm actively involved in the Italian and European innovation ecosystem and I am angel investing in startups. This gives me a unique knowledge of the most dynamic actors of the business community and a good network with whom exchange practices and advice.

Leveraging also on my experience as general manager of a leader company built from scratch, I advise startups to build their organization and business strategy to scale so that they can concentrate on developing their unique superpowers.

I help them from the first steps and the evaluation of the idea, market size, possible minimum viable product, to the following phases of designing the business plan, testing and adjusting. I help them also in communicating with their stakeholders and in designing effective presentation decks, especially for investors. Team formation and motivation are another part of my activity together with the assessment of the legal framework in which they operate.

Thanks to this I can also advise corporates to get the best from collaborating with startups, fostering innovative solutions adoption, sharing a common language and mindset. I also help to boost the creation of a corporate "internal startup culture" to leverage the internal staff's collective knowledge and innovation potential. I can also advise to shape the vision of the company strategy by lecturing about the latest trends in innovation and conduct envisioning workshops.
